Refund policy

We are committed to providing high-quality, made-to-order maps. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. We do not accept exchanges.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

It must be returned in the original packaging.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@thinkaboutmaps.com.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Fee
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your map arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund. 

Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed as lost, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Address

We are not responsible for items lost or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect address details provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within a few business days.
