Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your map arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for items that are lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
